If you change your mind within 28 days, we are happy to exchange your purchase provided it is returned, as sold, with all of the original packaging, tags and accessories.

Please have your receipt with you to do this. Alternatively If there is nothing you would like we offer a credit note that is valid for 1 month from original date of purchase.

If any products are faulty upon receipt then please return them within 28 days of receiving the item and we will happily exchange/replace them or issue you with a credit note for the current selling price.

If we agree the product is faulty we will offer a full refund.

All pre-order/made to order items, sale items and personalised items are non-returnable.
